Service pages, package cards, venue shortlists, location guides and planning articles are provided for general information. Venue rules, temple/church procedures, travel conditions, availability and third-party charges can change; confirm current requirements with the relevant authority or venue.

Package builder and estimates

The package builder produces an estimate from the selections and pricing data available at that time. An estimate does not reserve a date or create a confirmed booking.

Final quotation and booking

A booking is confirmed only according to the final quotation or booking confirmation accepted by the client and the payment/advance requirements stated there. That document also governs the specific cancellation, rescheduling, coverage, delivery and payment terms for the assignment.

Travel, stay, taxes and third-party costs

Travel, accommodation, food, permits, venue charges, taxes where applicable, special equipment and other third-party requirements may be additional unless the final quotation expressly includes them.

Coverage and permissions

Clients are responsible for informing us of material ceremony/venue restrictions and for coordinating required access. Drone operation, additional lighting, tripods, crew positions and photography/videography permissions are always subject to applicable law and the rules of the venue or authority.

Deliverables

Deliverable formats, album specifications, edit scope and delivery timelines depend on the confirmed package and are stated in the final quotation. Client delays in selections, approvals or information can affect production timelines.

Portfolio and privacy

Any agreed portfolio or promotional use of identifiable wedding imagery should follow the consent/usage arrangements applicable to the assignment. Clients should raise privacy requirements before final booking so they can be recorded clearly.

Third-party information

We do not control hotels, resorts, temples, churches, local authorities, transport providers or other third parties mentioned on this site. Their policies, availability and charges should be checked directly.
